This site originally stood as a Public House named “The Star”.
We undertook a complete demolition of the original structure, and this was our first project to include a full basement build and incorporation of an elevator into the overall design.
This project was a matter of purpose-built efficiency for swift completion, and is proudly retained within our portfolio.
This project was undertaken during a period of 18 months, and completed in 2006.
