This site represents another project in our catalogue that began with complete demolition of the original smaller structure.
Comprised of 1 ground floor commercial unit and 16 residential apartments, the new building was erected to our own specifications featuring spacious contemporary living accommodations of which 9 apartments feature front facing balconies.
This project was a matter of high efficiency purpose-built pragmatism for swift completion, and is proudly retained within our portfolio.
This project was undertaken during a period of 18 months, and completed in 2010.
