Extend and build new atop existing structure 27 Apartments
This project was another one of our largest developments to date, and our first high street parade building.
This site is desirably located for commercial purposes adjacent to an exceedingly busy high street 800 metres from a Tesco Extra Supermarket and many other commercial outlets.
It’s also poised almost opposite to public rail transport destined directly into London Liverpool St. Station.
The extending works were undertaken with pragmatism in mind for swift turnaround of new residential units.
This site is proudly retained within our portfolio.
This project was undertaken during a period of 15 months, and completed in 2002.
