Star House

Originally standing as a local council office building, this project became our one of our prized developments. We began with a full soft strip demolition, and systematically converted the site into 44 residential units to make up a sophisticated modern living art deco building.

All interiors were finished to high specification and contemporary design. Due to a highly desirable town centre location, we decided to decline numerous generous offers from external interested parties upon completion.

The site is proudly retained within our portfolio to date.
